Comox Valley Unitarian Fellowship

Comox Valley Unitarian Fellowship

Comox Valley Unitarian Fellowship is a progressive, multigenerational spiritual community rooted in Unitarian Universalism, which emerged from the consolidation of two religions with distinct theological histories. They emphasize progressive spirituality and welcome diverse participants across ages and backgrounds.

Sunday worship services happen at 4pm from September through June at Comox United Church, with first Sundays meeting in the Hall and third Sundays in Room L1. Remote participation is available via Zoom for those who can’t attend in person. Beyond worship, they offer adult programs focused on lifelong learning and various discussion groups, plus youth and family religious exploration programming. Community activities include board game nights, fall bazaars, tea rooms, and seasonal celebrations like solstice observances.

The fellowship maintains a Justice Action Team focused on social justice initiatives and offers ceremonies including weddings and memorials. Membership applications are available, and they recruit volunteers through their “Time and Talents” program. They’re active on Facebook and YouTube and welcome both members and visitors to their gatherings.
