If you need police services in the valley, whether that’s reporting a crime, getting fingerprints done, or accessing victim services, this is where you go.

They’re open weekdays 8:30am to 4:30pm at 800 Ryan Road in Courtenay. If you’re reporting a crime that already happened, their online tool can be faster than coming in person.

Police Information Checks and fingerprinting run first-come, first-served during specific windows: 8:30–11:45am and 2:00–3:45pm. Bring ID and expect a wait during busy times.

For actual emergencies, call 911 obviously. The non-emergency line is for everything else.
